1 box milk chocolate cake mix Mix as directed on box using 2 round pans or 1 large pan. While cake is cooling, cook: 1 c. canned milk 1 c. sugar Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Add 20 large marshmallows. Stir until all are melted. Add 1 large bag of coconut and some chopped pecans if desired. This mixture goes in between the layers. ICING: Melt: 1/2 c. canned milk 1/4 c. cocoa 1 box powdered sugar Frost the outside of the cake with it. | |
