ALMOND JOY CAKE 
1 chocolate cake with pudding mix
2 1/2 c. sugar, divided
14 oz. flake coconut
6 oz. milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. Milnot, divided
2 c. large marshmallows
1 stick butter
3 oz. almonds

Step 1: Prepare chocolate cake with pudding mix per package directions.

Bake in sheet pan. Step 2: Combine 1 cup Milnot evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, marshmallows and coconut. Melt and pour over cooled cake. Step 3: Bring to a boil butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup Milnot. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, almonds and pecans. Spread over top of cake.
