BUSY DAY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion
4-6 med. potatoes, sliced thin
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
Salt & pepper to taste
4 slices American cheese

Place potatoes in bottom of 8"x8" baking dish, then slice onion on top of that. Next, place crumbled ground chuck (uncooked), salt and pepper. Then spoon soup on top. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Remove foil; place cheese slices on top and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
