AUNT LINDA'S SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
8 slices fried bacon, crumbled

SAUCE:

1 c. oil
1/3 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 onion
1 lg. tbsp. A-1 Sauce

Mix ingredients for sauce 2 minutes in blender. Pour over spinach and mix. Add water chestnuts, sliced eggs and crumbled bacon.
