CARAMEL RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. corn syrup 1 stick butter Cook until blended and pour into 9"x13" pan. Cut up 5 to 6 cups rhubarb and place over syrup. Mix 1 yellow cake mix as per package directions. Pour over rhubarb. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let set about 5 minutes and turn upside down. Serve with whipped cream. |
