EASY BREAKFAST STRATA 
1 lb. meat (canned beef, ground beef, sausage, ham, etc.) use any one of the meat that you wish
8 eggs
10 slices bread
3 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (10 oz.) pkg. asparagus, thawed and drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt

In large skillet, brown meat and drain. In large bowl, beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes or until done.
