STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 prepared pie shell, baked
whole strawberries
1/2 glass red currant jelly

Cream together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Whip the whipping cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture until smooth. Spread in baked pie shell. Place whole, perfect strawberries into pie shell - points up and as close together as possible. Melt the red currant jelly and pour over strawberries to form a glaze. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
