APPLE SPICE CUSTARD CAKE 
1 pkg. spice cake mix
2 med. apples, peeled, chopped finely
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) sour cream, room temp.
1/4 c. lemon juice
Ground cinnamon for top

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare cake mix as package directs. Stir in apples. Pour into well greased and floured 13x9 baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until it will spring back at touch.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine milk, sour cream and lemon juice.

Remove cake from oven, spread cream mixture over top. Return to oven. Bake 10 minutes longer or until set. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
