2 c. marshmallow fluff
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. Cheerios
1 c. roasted peanuts
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Cook fluff and 2 tablespoons butter in microwave on high 1 minute. Stir in peanut butter. Cook on high 1 minute. Stir. Mix in Cheerios, peanuts and 6 ounce chocolate morsels.

Pour into 9x9 baking pan. Melt 6 ounce chocolate morsels. Pour on top. Cool in refrigerator. 12 bars.
