ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH SHRIMP 
6 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. sliced green onions, including tops
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 lb. fresh shrimp, chopped or fresh lump crabmeat
1 c. whipping cream
12 oz. angel hair pasta
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

In medium skillet, melt butter and saute garlic and onions; add shrimp. Add whipping cream and boil until slightly thickened.

In large pot, cook pasta in boiling, salted water until done. Drain pasta and transfer to serving dish. Pour shrimp sauce over pasta. Add cheese and toss thoroughly. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
