CHICKEN DEVINE 
2 (10 oz. each) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
4-6 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 (10 1/2 oz. each) cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. curry powder

Cook broccoli as directed, but reduce cooking time to 2 minutes. Transfer broccoli to a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole or an 8 x 12 inch baking pan. Steam cook chicken breasts 20 minutes (cut up and brown slightly). Arrange breasts over broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice and pour this mixture over chicken. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, followed by a mixture of crumbs and curry powder. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6.
