MEATBALLS ITALIAN 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
3/4 c. bread crumbs
Pepper, salt
1 tsp. each oregano, garlic powder, parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. cumin, chili powder

Mix all together very well in a bowl. Best results working the ingredients together with a fork.

Shape in balls with clean hands, about 1 1/2 inch round. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or so. Great for anything - mashed potato soup, spaghetti sauce, sweet and sour meatballs, or for fondue dips at a party.
