PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE TREATS 
1/2 c. Great Northern beans
2 tbsp. milk
1 lb. plus 1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. smooth peanut butter

In food processor, puree beans with milk until smooth. In bowl, sift powdered sugar and cocoa. Mix in pureed beans, vanilla and salt. Mix until well combined.

Divide mixture into 2 equal parts on lightly buttered wax paper. Spread half of mixture to even thickness in rectangular shape. Let sit 5 minutes. Spread 1/2 cup peanut butter evenly on top of each rectangle. Roll up like a jelly roll. A thin blade knife will help start rolling. Roll so wax paper aids in rolling up candy and will cover mixture when rolled up. Place on cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator until ready to use. When thoroughly chilled, wrap in foil. To serve, slice in 1/4 inch pieces.
