LOW CHOLESTEROL BAKING MIX | |
9 c. sifted flour 1/3 c. baking powder 1/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 2 tsp. cream of tartar 2 c. nonfat dry milk 1 lb. noncholesterol butter Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Cut in butter until crumbly. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Use in same manner as packaged biscuit mix. Yield: 13 cups mix. |
