MY FAVORITE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf, crushed
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
3/4 c. diced Cheddar cheese

Mix well, put in loaf pan or 9 inch square baking dish. Score top and spread on topping.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
