GREEK SHRIMP/SCALLOPS 
1 onion (med.), chopped
1 clove garlic
Olive oil, 3 tbsp.
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 c. white wine
1 tbsp. oregano
2 lbs. shrimp or scallops
Ground pepper to taste
12/ lb. feta cheese

In large skillet, cook onions and garlic in olive oil until tender, add tomatoes, wine and oregano. Cook for 20 minutes (this can be cooked ahead of time, cover and cool). Reheat sauce. Add shrimp and pepper. Cook 3 minutes then add cheese and serve.
