LEMON MARINATED CHICKEN 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in a plastic bag set into a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the chicken in bag. Close bag and turn chicken to coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Drain chicken and discard marinade.

To Broil: Arrange chicken on the unheated rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat, for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once until no longer pink.

To Grill: Place chicken on grill rack directly over medium-hot coals. Grill 15 to 18 minutes until no longer pink, turning once. 4 servings.
