PASTEL MINT DESSERT 
24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1 pt. whipping cream
1 c. pastel pillow mints
2 c. mini marshmallows

Put 3/4 of cookies in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Whip cream, add mints and marshmallows. Spread over cookies. Sprinkle remainder of cookies over cream mixture. Refrigerate for 2 days.
