PASTA FAGIOLE (AUTHENTIC
ITALIAN)
 
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 can tomatoes
1 c. oil
3 garlic cloves
Dash parsley
Dash oregano
2 cans White Northern beans
1 onion
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. can water
Salt to taste

Brown onion and garlic in oil. Mash tomatoes and add. Combine with oregano, salt and parsley. Add paste and water. Cook for 1 hour. Add beans and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Cook elbow macaroni and add to above.
