CHICKEN HOT DISH 
1 pkg. elbow macaroni
2 c. milk
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar pimentos
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 med. onion (diced)

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight before baking. Add 2 cups frozen peas. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
