PICKLED MUSHROOMS 
2/3 c. wine or tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 or 2 sm. onions, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
Dash coarse ground black pepper
Dash of hot pepper sauce
5 - 6 oz. cans button mushrooms

Mix the first seven ingredients. Pour over mushrooms. Let marinate overnight in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, drain the mushrooms.
