COCONUT ALMONDS BALLS 
1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. chopped almonds, toasted
1 tbsp. almond extract
Dipping chocolate or white chocolate

Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix well. Let stand at least 30 minutes. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Mixture will be lightly moist. Grease your hands to roll in balls. Place on cookie sheet. Cover and let stand 8 hours or overnight.

Melt white chocolate or dipping chocolate in top of double boiler. Dip and let sit until firm. Store in airtight container in refrigerator or in other cool place.
