BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
6 slices toasted bread, cubed
1 c. grated cheese
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Brown and drain sausage. Spread bread cubes in buttered 13x9 dish. Layer sausage, then cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and mustard together and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
