MICROWAVE CHICKEN DIVAN 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. almonds
Pinch of curry powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. canned shoestring potatoes

Microwave package of broccoli for 3 minutes on 30% or low power, followed by 4 minutes on high. Drain broccoli. Combine soup and mayonnaise and add almonds and curry. In a 2 quart casserole, layer half of the broccoli, half the cheese, half the chicken and half the sauce. Repeat the layering. Cover with a tight lid. Microwave on 100% power (High) for 7 to 10 minutes, until center bubbles. Remove lid. Sprinkle potato sticks over all. Microwave on 100% power for 3 minutes without a cover.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
