MERINGUE COOKIES 
4 egg whites
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
1 c. sugar

Beat egg whites, salt and vanilla. Continue beating, adding sugar slowly. Gently stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
