CHICKEN & RICE 
1 box rice pilaf mix
2 boxes frozen Green Giant mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
1 lb. chicken, cubed
Shredded cheese, about 3/4 c.
1 can cream soup (any kind)

Cook rice pilaf according to package. When almost cooked add chicken to rice, when cooked, set aside. Cook veggies in boil bag according to directions when cooked add veggies to rice mixture. Mix until all coated. Add cream soup and add to casserole dish and top with shredded cheese. Place in warm oven just until cheese melts, about 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
