1 pkg. white chocolate bark or morsels
1 box Ritz crackers
Peanut butter

Prepare peanut butter and cracker sandwiches, spreading peanut butter between 2 crackers. Melt white chocolate in double boiler or microwave, being careful not to burn or scald chocolate. Dip peanut butter sandwiches in melted chocolate until completely covered. Place on wax paper and chill in refrigerator.
