FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD | |
2 c. raw cranberries, chopped 2 lb. can pineapple chunks 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 pt. whipping cream Combine cranberries, pineapple chunks, sugar and marshmallows in large mixing bowl. Chill for 30 minutes. Whip the whipping cream; fold in fruit mixture. Freeze in serving dish. Allow 30 minutes to partially thaw before serving. Stir once or twice. Yields 10 to 12 servings. |
