POTATO SOUP | |
5 lb. red potatoes 1 large onion 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3 cans (soup) milk 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed Peel and dice potatoes. Chop onion. Cover with water and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat. Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese and bacon bits on top. |
