FUDGE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa, approximately 1/3 c.
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Melt butter and cocoa in skillet (leave skillet "dirty" for icing). Pour this mixture into bowl containing eggs, sugar, flour, and salt. Mix well. Add pecans and mix. Pour into large pan, 10 x 15 inches, and bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes or until done. Place marshmallows close together on top of cake and put back in oven a few minutes to let marshmallows soften. Press down with finger tips, let cool.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
3/4 stick butter
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Melt butter and cocoa in "dirty" skillet (this will be much thicker than for cake since you have less butter) and pour into bowl container powdered sugar and vanilla. Add most of milk and beat until smooth and creamy, adding rest of milk or a little more if necessary until mixture is of spreading consistency.
