CRAB DIP 
1 c. lite sour cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
8 oz. imitation crab sticks
4 chopped green onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. "Grey Poupon" mustard
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Dash of pepper

Mix together, chill for 1 hour. Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
