PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESE PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 oz. pkg. dry vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. reserved juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first 7 ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed; pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Pour over batter 1 (15-20 ounce) can sliced peaches, well drained (reserve juice). Combine cream cheese, sugar, and juice. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed; spoon into within 1 inch of edge of pie. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown. Store in refrigerator.
