PEANUT BUTTER BON BON COOKIES | |
1 can "Ready to Spread" vanilla frosting 1 c. peanut butter 1/4 c. softened butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 can "Ready to Spread" chocolate frosting In a large bowl combine vanilla frosting, peanut butter and butter. Mix well. Then stir in graham cracker crumbs until well mixed. Form into 1 inch balls. Chill one hour. In a small saucepan melt chocolate frosting over low heat, stirring occasionally. Dip chilled balls in frosting. Allow excess to drop off. Place on a cooling rack over waxed paper. Let stand at room temperature until dry. |
