CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, boiled
1/2 pkg. wonton skins, quartered & fried
1 head lettuce
1/2 bunch green onions, sliced
Roasted sesame seeds
1 pkg. almonds, sliced

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

To make dressing combine cornstarch and water. Cook with rest of dressing ingredients until clear. Cool and refrigerate.

Combine salad ingredients and toss with dressing right before serving.
