MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger, browned & drained

(You can use 1/2 seasoned pork sausage & 1/2 hamburger.)

Add:

1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes

Cool and add:

1 can sliced ripe olives, drained

2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked 1/2 done, drained

Add:

1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1 can diced green chilies, drained
1 pkg. (2 c.) cheddar cheese

Layer macaroni mixture, meat mixture and shredded cheese - 2 times. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered and uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
