SURPRISE CASSEROLE 
5 slices of bread, cubed
1 lb. bacon, sausage, ham, etc.
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. mustard, dry or prepared
Salt and pepper

Lay cubed bread in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Fry bacon or whatever meat you choose. Spread over bread. Sprinkle cheese over bread and meat. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over bread, meat and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to an hour. You can use whatever filler you want instead of meat, broccoli, spinach, etc.
