SWEET POTATO WHIP 
2 1/2 lbs. canned sweet potatoes
2 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. each salt and cinnamon
1/2 sm. can frozen orange juice
1 c. pecan halves

Drain the sweet potatoes. Reserve 1/2 cup of brown sugar and also the pecans.

In a large bowl, put all remaining ingredients and whip on "High Speed" with electric mixer until fluffy. Put i 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle on remaining brown sugar and arrange pecans decoratively on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
