RHUBARB UPSIDE CAKE | |
2 c. rhubarb 1/2 c. sugar Put rhubarb in greased pan. Sprinkle with sugar, set aside. (8 x 8 pan) 1 egg 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional) Mix together and spread over the rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees until cake is done. |
