COCONUT PECAN DREAM CAKE 
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. broken pecans

Cream butter gradually; add sugar, add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition.

Crush vanilla wafers and mix well with broken pecans. Add alternately with milk. Add vanilla nd coconut. Spread in greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes to 1 1/2 hours or 2 hours at 275 degrees. Let cool thoroughly in pan before removing. You can dust 1/2 cup powdered sugar on this cake if you like.
