CHICKEN WINGS 
5 lbs. (24) chicken wings
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger

Cut off and discard wing tip. Cut each wing in half. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over wing parts in a large bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Place wings on cookie sheet and bake at 350, 50-60 minutes or until done. Makes 48 pieces - 4-6 main dish servings or 10-15 hors d'oeuvres.
