CHOCOLATE - COATED PEANUT CLUSTERS | |
7-8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate 1/2 lb. roasted Spanish peanuts Melt chocolate in bowl over hot water; remove from heat; add peanuts and stir well. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Place in refrigerator to chill 12 hours. Keep in cool place. Makes 3 dozen clusters. |
