CHEESE TETRAZZINI 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
15 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. green onion with tops
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute 1/2 cup chopped onion in butter until tender. Add beef and cook until lightly browned and crumbly. Drain meat. Add salt, pepper and tomato sauce, simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Beat together cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream. Add green pepper, green onions and spaghetti. Gently toss spaghetti until it is all mixed. Spread sour cream spaghetti mixture in a 9"x12" buttered casserole dish. Pour meat sauce over the spaghetti mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325 degrees.
