BAKED LIVER AND ONIONS 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
5 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 lbs. liver (calf)
6 med. onions, sliced
Salt& pepper to taste
Hot oil

Combine flour, salt and pepper; Dredge liver. Lightly brown in hot oil, drain and place in shallow 2 quart casserole. Top with onion slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper and bacon. Add water, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
