DUTCH STYLE POTATO SALAD 
6 potatoes
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Cook potatoes with skins - peel while warm to make peeling easier. Cut - not too thin.

Mix water with vinegar and sugar, adding to above a little at a time until used. Add the onion, mixed with vegetable oil. Add mayonnaise, using more if necessary.
