1 lg. Romaine
1/4 c. blue cheese
1 raw egg, warmed on top of oven
2 tsp. Parmesan
1/2 lemon
1/2 c. croutons

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 clove garlic

Blend dressing ingredients together. Dry Romaine and mix all above ingredients with lettuce and dressing.
