HERBED MUSTARD CHICKEN 
5 chicken breasts, boneless
1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 orange (about 1/4 cup)

Saute chicken breasts 2 minutes on each side in a skillet sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Add seasonings and juice; stir. Simmer 7 to 10 minutes until meat is cooked through and sauce is thick enough to coat meat.

This recipe comes from the Diet Center Cookbook. It is one of the easiest to make, and very tasty.
