ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1 (9 oz.) box Rice Chex, crushed
2/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 gal. strawberry ice cream (or any other flavor)

Mix together crushed Rice Chex, melted butter, brown sugar and coconut like a graham cracker crust. Put 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Save other 1/2 for the top.

Soften the ice cream and spread in pan and top of crumb mixture. Spread the rest of the crumb mixture on top of ice cream and freeze.
