12 oz. jar or 1 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 stick soft butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 bar paraffin, shaved 12 oz. chocolate bits Mix first four ingredients with beater or hands. Roll into small balls. Put on cookie sheet in refrigerator until firm. Melt the paraffin and the chocolate bits over hot water. Keep the mixture over hot water while you dip the candies. Put a toothpick into the candy balls. Dip into the chocolate mixture leaving the top uncovered. Place on waxed paper until set. Have fun! |
