LOW CHOLESTEROL POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter (no cholesterol)
1/2 c. corn oil or canola oil
3 (4 oz.) egg beaters
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. imitation sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 c. light evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla, almond, lemon & butter flavoring
Baker's Joy

Cream sugar, butter, corn oil and egg beaters. Sift flour, baking powders and salt together; add to sugar mixture. Add sour cream and milk; mix until smooth. Pour into tube pan sprayed with Baker's Joy. Bake in a preheated oven at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
