CHOCOLATE OUTRAGE SNACK CAKE 
1 c. butter butter, softened
1 1/2 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
1/2 c. flour, all purpose
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs, or 4 egg whites for low cholesterol
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided

Beat top 7 ingredients medium speed for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. stir in 1 cup morsels. Spread batter into 8 inch square microwave safe baking dish; cover dish with wax paper. Cook on high power 4 minutes; rotate dish 1/4 turn. Cook on high power 4-5 minutes longer or until top of cake appears dry and bottom is even color. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup morsels over top of warm cake. Let stand 10 minutes, then spread chocolate over cake. Cool on counter.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
